Why is filament so important? And prep for July
Thank you for making June our best month ever! Things are definitely picking up thanks to the warmer weather. We hope you had a successful month as well!
Since the beginning of the year, we’ve experienced constant filament supply issues - the base material we need to produce our toys. After months of looking, we finally secured a new, Canadian supplier. We recently received our first shipment of colours and the filament is looking great! This milestone lets us provide you with more consistent products and colours. As a bonus, they also supply filament on cardboard spools that are completely recyclable. Meaning we’ve further reduced our environmental footprint.
Thanks to awesome feedback from stores and customers we’ve got some great potential new product lines in the works. We’re currently testing (playing) and can’t wait to show them to you - keep your eyes peeled for future updates 👀!
Finally, with our launch of the new retail portal we’ve been able to standardize the ordering process. If you haven’t done so already, take a moment to sign up here. We’ll confirm your account, apply your wholesale discount, and you’ll be ready to easily make orders for the critters you need.
As we head into July we encourage you to place your orders as soon as you can. We anticipate a busy summer and this will help us secure lines on filament, colours, and purchase the necessary materials to make your orders happen. We will also be able to print your orders more efficiently and get them to you before the rush hits.
