SHIPPING

Shipping destinations:

  1. Currently Gamer Gadgetry only ships within North America, we are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future. 

Shipping times:

  1. Please allow 3-7 business days for your product to be prepared and fulfilled, then allow 2-7 business days for shipping transit time.
  2. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  1. Orders over $100 will have free shipping.
  2. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate dependant on order size and shipping location. 
  3. Canada Post is the mailing courier typically used but other couriers may be used. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your satisfaction with the products you purchase from Gamer Gadgetry is extremely important to us. We offer a 14-day Return Policy:

  1. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we will offer a 100% refund.
  2. Timing: we have a 14-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
  3. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  4. For returns, please email support@gamergadgetry.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  5. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  6. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  7. When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
  8. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.

MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING

Product Manufacturing and Materials:

  1. All of Gamer Gadgetry's product are 3D printed in British Columbia, Canada. 
  2. Products are printed using a polymer called PLA.
  3. PLA is a thermoplastic, bio-based, and derived from renewable resources. 
  4. PLA products are also biodegradable under specific conditions, if you wish to dispose of a product please contact us at support@gamergadgetry.com and we will be happy to assist with this process.
